When your attachment is healed, you can create a safe and secure attachment for your kids.
People can disagree with you without you feeling threatened.
You can actually be a good friend bc you are not constantly trying to anticipate how the other person will leave you and thus create a self-fulfilling prophecy.
In romance, if your needs aren’t met, you can communicate that effectively and then move on with life. Everything is good. There is no drama, no being triggered, you’re not hiding your feelings and then harbouring resentment.

Attachment Theory
